DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
MEDIUM-HIGH PRESSURE
The in-home deep tissue massage is very easy to adapt, as it can be performed on a bed or on the floor.
The goal of the deep tissue massage is to reduce muscle tension and alleviate or eliminate bothersome muscle knots.
Why do muscle knots form?
- Excessive physical activity or improperly performed physical activity.
- Trauma, such as accidents.
- Repetitive movements.
- Anxiety and stress.
- Insomnia or insufficient rest
The in-home deep tissue massage we offer can be either 40 or 60 minutes, with a recommendation not to exceed 60 minutes, especially for intense muscular work.
Typically, the one-hour deep tissue massage focuses on the back (cervical, dorsal, and lumbar) and both the posterior and anterior parts of the legs.
The 90-minute session is more comprehensive, including arms, feet, head, and facial areas.
Nevertheless, clients can customize their own massage, provided it follows a logical pattern. It’s not advisable to work on the same muscle group for an extended period, as it could be counterproductive. Similarly, too brief a time on a muscle may not achieve therapeutic effects.
Undoubtedly, after this massage, you’ll feel lighter, with a significant reduction in pain and an improved mood.
